SUN TEA AND MAGICAL MOON TEA

Sun tea is very common in the desert city, where I live. I cannot remember a summer without it. It works anywhere there is sun, I would suppose. During the summer months, in Phoenix, it should sit out for only an hour or so. Our summer heat is extreme, so it doesn’t take long to cook, dry or infuse anything!
The “moon tea”, I just made up. It still steeps overnight ~ long enough to make the infusion. I’d like to think that it is magical!
