I have been spending more time sleeping than I do awake these daze. I see my brain surgeon next week to find out what’s going on. But, that isn’t the point. Since I have spent so many hours in my bedroom, with my last burst of energy I hung a tie dye tapestry over the bed. A woman that I met many years ago taught me about color therapy. She taught me how to make “medicine shirts and pillow cases”. What you put ON your body (or put your body on!) is just as important as what you put IN your body. So, I figured that I would take a huge dose of color medicine. I must admit that my dreams have been much sweeter! It is much easier for me to relax and dream. The guy that made this has WONDERFUL energy~how could he not?….he’s doing his tie dyed, hippie art away from the corporate world, hanging out and vending at hippie festivals! The energy of the person infiltrates the the art as they create it…just like with food. (another reason why fast food/chain restaurants are not very healthy….)
When I am feeling completely better I plan on making some medicine sheets (hand designed and dyed/painted). Maybe my tapestry will help me get better quicker. It  must be working already or I probably wouldn’t find it worthwhile to blog about it.
