Bohemian Folk Art by Tracy Dove

MY TRAVELING PANTS carried me to the high country for visiting with dear friends and to attend a dramatic show performed entirely by Mother Nature. We went on a hike on the Broken Arrow Trail in Sedona and found ourselves in an afternoon hail storm that was wild and unexpected. That is when I discovered that my new coat is apparently made of sponges. I spent the rest of the day without a coat, needless to say. All of the atmospheric chaos ended with a warm, soothing trip to a nearby coffee house for cappuccinos….a perfect reward. ~( I felt as “drippy” as the coffee!!)
The next day began with a short hike on the Jail Trail, in Old Town Cottonwood. It is a pleasant, easy trail that wanders to the river. Very peaceful with autumnal beauty at every turn. Like many, I am so inspired by nature. Daze like these fill my senses and satisfy my soul. Now, I am back home again and in my sacred space, feeling inspired with a creative fire beginning to blaze.
Peace,Love and Art,
Tracy
